The scheduling with the Smithville facility and the oil change went well. We also appreciated the pickup and delivery service. On the down side we were called by multiple people to confirm the appointment. One woman had the correct date, but wrong time. We do not welcome multiple appointment reminder calls from multiple people. WE ARE BUSY! We were also given multiple requests to sell our vehicle to the dealership. Again, WE ARE BUSY and that wasted our time, too. We will let you know when we want to sell or trade. All in all, we have to evaluate using this dealership again.
