Weber Ford made my experience buying a new Ford Bronco hassle free and enjoyable, I feel I received a fair trade in value for my Subaru, and that my concerns and questions were addressed with knowledge and patience. Special shout out to Justin Talbet for not only showing and explaining all the great features of my Bronco but also taking the extra time to instruct me on how to place Car Seats in and how to unlock and remove the top panels, very much appreciated. We went to Weber Ford to test drive a used Nissan Rogue. Chris Phillips met us as we walked into to dealership. Chris was very attentive, personable and easy to converse with. His style is low key with attention to providing for the customers needs without sales pressure. We ultimately did not purchase the vehicle due to the lack of 1 vehicle feature. I will ask for Chris the next time we visit Weber Ford. He has earned an "A" in customer care from us, way to go sir 👍

Purchased a new F150 from Alex and although they didn't have what I wanted on the lot, they were able to locate exactly what I wanted and have it there to purchase.
