Our salesperson, Jimmy, was exceptional! He went out of his way to locate a car with all of our "must haves" and ensured we were completely satisfied with our purchase. He walked us through the car's features and helped set-up the many individualized features in the car. He, and the rest of the staff, were professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. We found a great deal on a 2024 Volvo XC90! Jimmy treated us like family. He actually sat in the car and walked my wife through the Volvo app so it would all be set up and ready to go! These folks are car enthusiasts! We ended up purchasing an extended warranty for the batter and powertrain (T8 plug in hybrid), which seemed logical, but a bit frustrating and expensive for a new vehicle. My Tesla Model 3 purchase was much more streamlined and without additional fees/warranties, but we felt we needed one gas powered vehicle for road trips, etc. And gas powered vehicles seem to break down. Our last vehicle was a Honda Pilot and it left us stranded 3 times over 150,000 miles of driving (mostly the alternator). Hopefully this Volvo will take are of my wife and kids for many years. My wife LOVES this XC90!

New to Volvo! Loving the Service Manager Marc already! Diffidently made me feel safe here. As I waited for my vehicle to be service, I was able witness Marc handling the staff and other customers with such care and compassion! Keep doing what you do so well! I now look forward to seeing him! :)
