Everything was smoothe and cooperative...even delivered the car outta town ...a big help to my daughter who cannot leave work right now. Special mention to Jon (salesman) for his honesty in explanations, Ray (sales mgr.) for his cooperation & wonderful Joseph (the non -pushy) warranty business mgr. who was really efficient in finishing things up. Nice to be able to deal locally when buying a car !

Jonah was awesome! Not at all pushy, relatable, very knowledgeable and love his brand loyalty to Subaru. He stayed an hour past closing getting me into my beautiful new car and made the process SO easy! The whole staff and experience was 10/10.
Mia was very helpful with our complicated situation. Grandmother and daughter doing the shopping. Mother needing to sign paperwork. Getting all of our schedules together wasn't easy. She was always available and helped us get the sale done. Mia was pleasant/professional and kept in constant contact with us. I've owned two Suburu Outback and loved them. Was looking for a little bit more room. So wanted an ascent but didn't want the bucket seats in back. They didn't have any but could make it for me. Brian was great about keeping me in the loop for getting it. So I received it last week and I love it!!! Very comfortable and plenty of power. For a bigger car it's very responsive to the road. I could not be happier!!
