Awful in every way. I brought my car here for a transmission fix. To note: I made sure they were aware I had a transmission issue and they swore they were fully capable of fixing it. A full 2 weeks come and go, and all they did was stare at it for 2 minutes and charge me $136. They did not do anything. I paid them over a hundred dollars so they could look at it, sip a beer, and walk away. When I tried talking to them, all they said was they can't fix it, and I'll have to take it elsewhere. Terrible service.

In May of 2016 I had to make an emergency stop at their service center because the bumper cover on my Ford Fusion detached on the interstate. At the time, my mother and I were driving across country to Nevada, and it's a blessing that this dealership was conveniently located right off the interstate. As I drove into the service station, I was greeted very warmly by the service repair technician, as well as the sales agent, Mr. Ray Adams, who took very good care of the proceedings on my vehicle repairs. Mr. Adams went above and beyond his professional duties as a sales agent, as he offered us water, and made us feel right at home. Not to mention, the maintenance work was of no charges to me. Thank you for being such a caring, professional, and wonderful team!

I have a Fiesta with 187000 miles so it was past due for a timing belt replacement. I planned to do it with the help of a mechanic friend and had a couple of the parts already , but while looking at the repair manual I discovered this engine has no timing marks, instead it requires some special tools to set the engine at TDC , so I checked with the dealer where the car was purchased , and asked what it would cost.. All he would tell me is the labor was over $500 but would not give me an estimate for the total job. (he could have said that if its only the timing belt its so much and another price if a water pump was required)...but he would not say anything more than a little over $500 labor. (that indicated to me that I would just have to get it done and I would find out the price when I picked it up..Hummm) I then called Rogal Ford and they total price for just the timing belt which was under the Labor only price the other dealer gave me...I decided to go ahead and get the water pump added and when I picked up the cat there was no surprise It was a pleasure dealing with some really nice folks .

Bought a used truck from these guys and they were too shelf from the moment I oulled up to the lot. I've never had a transaction go that fast or that smooth when purchasing a vehicle. No pushy sales people and no BS to deal with. They are very straightforward and didnt try to nickel and dime me to death. Skip those big corporate dealers and check out the locally owned mom and pop type dealer. Very honest folks!

Ive been buying vehicles for 30 years. This was far and away the best experiance Ive ever had. The sales person, Lauren, was nice, knowledgable, and low pressure. The price I recieved beat any other offer I had anywhere. The management was great, financing options excellent and the overall atmosphere of the dealership was just outstanding. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone shopping for a car. 5 Stars!!!
