What Others Say
DO NOT GET SERVICED HERE. Called to have scheduled service of oil change and look at transmission because of noise. 1-1/2 weeks later the appointment comes up. Dropped F150 off to get done. She says it's in for trans. flush. I say no, it's in for oil change and trans. inspection for noise. She said OH there's a service recall for the trans. OK I'll get both done for you. I'm thinking good. The truck will be taken care of. I called at 3:-3:30 to see how's it's going. Service manager is busy and will call you back. Doesn't do it. I called back to see and he says the oil is done but they will not be able to get to the trans as the trans tech is just to busy. I go to pick it up and they didn't do anything to it. No oil change and didn't look at trans. BIG waist of a day. He says can you leave it over weekend. I say no, I need it. he tried working with me but if you make an appointment and work your day around to get it there. The least they can do is do one of the things to be done. BUT no, nothing. Never going back. And spreading the word of nobody should go there. No stars as they didn't do anything.
Service department is not responsible. Left message twice for my lincoln mkc service. But never called me back. This shows there attitude to the duties. Stay away
Healey staff was great. Well worth the drive from MA. And I love my new expedition!
Healey took in my girlfriend's car when no other dealer would. The car was still under warranty, but two previous dealers botched replacement of a major part. No other dealers would touch the car given that it had already been touched by two previous dealers, and both of them had managed to screw up the warranty repair.
Nevertheless, Healey agreed to have the car towed to Goshen, and perform the repairs. Their work was great, and most importantly, rather quick. The previous dealers had the car for months at time. Healey, however, was able to get us back on the road in about two weeks, and we were provided a loaner during those two weeks - something the prior two dealers claimed they couldn't do due to a car shortage.
We've now been driving the car for about 6 months post Healey's work, and it's as smooth as ever, no issues to report. For that, and their service, I would give Healey 5 stars. However, I'm only giving 4 because the car had what appeared to be red paint on a portion of the windshield when it was returned to us - something that was definitely not there before. No clue where that red substance came from, but it did come off fairly easily. Had that not happened, I would have certainly given Healey 5 stars.
Side note: when you go to drop off your car (or pick up a rental), their valet takes pictures of all corners of the car. Why isn't this done at more dealerships? It's so easy to do, and quite frankly necessary. It's a measure to ensure both the dealer and the customer are covered in the event something unforeseen happens to a car.
I took my 2017 Ford Escape for service this past November and John Chin Char was a pleasure to work with. Not only did he delivered excellent service with my car, he also provided a rental while my car was in the shop. He kept me informed with the whole process of my car's repair and was upfront with the cost and how long the process would take. I appreciated his professionalism and his ability to get the job done.
Purchased a "White" Lincoln Corsair through a broker that deals with this dealership and got a beige car that they are insisting is white. They even labeled the key beige. Not that they care but I will never deal with this dealership again and advise anyone else they may be considering this dealership to look elsewhere.
The situation is this. My broker called them asked if they had a white Corsair. They had this Peal Ceramic which is clearly beige and, hideous by the way, sitting on the lot and he said, "Sure we have white," knowing full well that is not what I was looking for or a bare minimum should have been made aware of. Now, because I picked up the car, in good faith when it was dark from the broker's home, I have a vehicle I don't want and all they can say is "technically" it is white.
They obviously took advantage of the trust I had in the broker I used many times before including the previous Lincoln MKC I got from them. There is a lot of blame to go around and all of it does not belong to the dealership. However, the listed salesperson clearly values making a sale over being deceitful.
I have avoided purchasing a vehicle from a website like Carvana because I wanted to support brick and mortar dealerships, however, this has all changed with this experience. From now on NO SATISFACTION GUARANTEE NO PURCHASE. This is the type of underhandedness that gives car buying a bad name.
If you are considering this dealership just keep in mind they are devious and deceitful. Therefore, you should expect to be dealt with in an underhanded manner...buyer beware.
