What Others Say

The body shop (Trenton) returned my truck with the wrong fuel filler neck. Preventing me from filling up! It's been over a month with no solution. After unanswered messages the the manager Warren. Thankfully the fuel attendant caught the problem and didn't fill my diesel with regular fuel.

I recently purchased a 2021 Yukon from Lithia Ford of Roseburg, I dealt with Micah Macalister and Jared LaVerne, they were both very helpful. They responded to questions and supplied info on a timely basis! I had the vehicle shipped from Roseburg to my home in Alto Mi 1900+ miles. All went off with out a hitch. Also thanks to Devin Schubert the manager for monitoring the transaction ! I would not hesitate to purchaser from this group again! David J Alto Mi

Overall exceptional experience! Was able to work with Micah and do most of my deal online and via text/email. Got a great price on my trade-in, and they had the exact truck I wanted, at the price I wanted! Drove down from Salem and the team at Lithia got me in and out in less than an hour! Sales and Finance were awesome to work with. 10/10 will buy from them again! Ask for Micah!

I will never trust Lithia auto techs ever again. Either incompetent or straight crooks. Ridiculous

The whole transaction moved comfortably quickly compared to all of our other automobile purchases over the years. We were treated with respect and dignity. That goes a long way.

I brought my 2016 Lincoln MKX Black Lable into Lithia Ford Roseburg with 54,000 miles for Sunroof Water Leak. I fully explained leak issue before making the 3-hr. drive one way to Lithia Ford service center in Roseburg. Ben the assistant service manager checked me in and took down my concerns. I have a 7-year extended bumper to bumper Ford Protect Service Plan, this was my first use of it. The car floors were dried out after having been soaked by sunroof drains being plugged by me. There was no easy way to access the rear sunroof drains myself, so I took it to supposed qualified Ford Service location as directed by the warrantee staff I called. Ben was very nice and checked the car over and fully understood the issue. I explained I had concerns about mold smells and electronics in the floors as well as carpets and padding having been affected by water damage, I was assured he would look into it. 5 days or so later Ben called and said my car was ready. He said they had found and fixed leaks as well as having placed fans inside to make sure it was dry - they did not lift carpets to see if there were pockets of water nor inspect in floor electronics saying my very expensive Ford Protect Warrantee (near $3000.00) bumper to bumper policy did not allow that. I arrived to pick up my repaired car. They brought it around, it had so much condensation it was dripping down the windows and sunroof onto seats. The floors stood in water on passenger's side front and rear. Ben tried to sop it up with rags before I saw it. I was forced to sop up carpets with my own towels we carry, I complained about the statement that they had dried the car out, the service tech was called up and all he and Ben had was lame excuses for the wet floors. The tech was proud that they had poured water on sunroof to find leak, of course if drains are plugged like the owner said they were this poured water would pool in car floors after draining down headliner and side paneling. Owner could not possibly know what he was talking about as owners are dunmb xxxxs. Clean the drains then check if they work maybe. My wife and I drove home with her having soaked feet. I spent over a week drying the car out with fans and heat lamps while being unable to use the car. It now seems dried for the most part and is not leaking that I see. I am still concerned with the electronics in the floors including the electrical connections for the 21-position heat cool massage seats. Lithia seems unconcerned but heck it is not there car. It appeared after tech's explanation that he ran fans to dry car with windows up - no place for wet air to go but condensate which the spread dampness throughout the car (mold). Let's see if you are trying to dry a car out, before you call job completed you should check to see if car is dry, dah! It showed no commitment to doing a satisfactory job nor an excellent service as Ford Protect 7-year warrantee promised. I told Ben I was unhappy with their service and would give them a grade of a D for lack of completion, but the sunroof drains do now pass water. If this is how Ford Protect 7-year warrantees work your better off buying an aftermarket warrantee. As I said my car was dry when I delivered to service dept. which took much effort that I had to redo after picking my car up. I have no confidence in Lithia Service Dept. I have purchased at least 7 cars over the decades from Lithia, likely not to do so again. Ben was a fine young man put in an awful position with no real support from Ford Protect nor tech staff. Lithia had no issue with charging me the $100 co-pay for an uncompleted crappy job. I would think that was hard to do with a straight face.
