I don't like hidden fees. I chose Lithia because they were straight up about total cost. I purchased a vehicle in 2020 from Boise Lithia for the same reason.

We just bought a 2024 Bronco Sport Badlands. Our salesman, Jakob B. was patient, respectful, and a joy to work with. There was never any pressure during the process. This young, former fishing guide at Glacier National Park, was sincere, honest, and. truly enjoys meeting new people- a perfect match for a job like this. Trish in the finance department was great also. We talked as much about dogs as we did about the necessary legal stuff (we paid cash). At age 77, I have purchased many vehicles and had good and bad experiences. Buying this great vehicle was a uniquely good experience because of the quality people like Jakob and Trish that my wife and I dealt with. Love the car, so far and hope that the service department is as good as the sales people.
