What Others Say

Horrible do t use this place they cause over 10000 worth of damage to my car and now won't pay we have to take them to court to get my car back..run way don't ealk

I was very happy with my Ford 2022 F150. The sales and parts staff were very friendly. My main issue was an added item that was not included on the online price. It was almost a deal breaker. It did take a very long time to complete the purchase. It was the best deal I found online.

I have bought a lot of cars over the years. Sometimes 1 or 2 a year. Upon contacting this dealership on a Jeep they have had for a few months on the lot, I quickly learned a possible reason. This dealership has an $1184 doc fee and the "Plattner Advantage package added to every vehicle on the lot which includes, PermaPlate protection for the exterior and interior of the vehicle for 1 year, Lojack for 1 year, door edge guards, Nitrogen filled tires, and two oil changes. The package is about $3500" This was quoted from a sales person. This is the most expensive addon package and doc fee package I have ever experienced. I am really shocked anyone shops here. You will be in the hole almost $4,700 before factoring in the vehicle price. I am not against addons. I just think the customer should have a choice. And the only choice here is to shop somewhere else.

I bought a 2013 Ford F 150 at Plattner Ford Dealer. The truck is completely rusted underneath. I found out a few months after purchasing the truck. I went back to talk to a manager and asked for them to something about it but they refused. They scammed me by selling me a truck that is a danger on the road. I kept driving the truck praying it would hold up. But unfortunately about 6 weeks ago the front wheel broke off and i almost got into an accident. I had the truck towed to a car repair shop where they assessed the truck and told me the bad news saying they would not even touch the truck because all of the underneath is crumbling off and is about the fall apart. Now I had not car but stuck with a still 24,000 dollar car loan and had to go out to buy another car to get around and get another car loan. Plattner Ford is bad business! They are a total scam!!!

I would do a zero star if I could-We took our truck here for warranty work (come to find out they are NOT an authorized dealer). We drove our truck there and it left on a tow truck. We were lied to about everything. Treated with disrespect and even the tech that worked on our truck said he was glad it didn't run. I have NEVER been anywhere so unprofessional in my life and I'm almost 50 years old and own a business myself. How this place is still around- beyond me! Save yourself and never go here!!!!!

We went to see a car that we saw on the internet we met a nice girl who had just started there and we test drove the vehicle and I felt a pull to the right. I told the sales girl who went to the service dept and spoke to the mechanic who drove it and said I went 90 mph and there’s no pull. Well I have drove fords most of my life I know a pull when I feel it. So we left bc I just got a weird feeling but was told the truck was $28k so a week went by and I decided to go back today where we drove another truck f150 and we got it and it said 0 miles to empty so I told the salesman we couldn’t test drive a car on empty. The sales girl we spoke to a week prior had already quit. Anyway test drove and explained it was between the two trucks. I wanted to know the bottom line for both. So we sat down and I explained prior to going in the office that we had our own financing. Well the car jumped $2000 automatically bc we had our own financing! Then he said we had to take the platter package which was $6000 for a LoJack and two oil changes that we had to go over there to have done. (We live over an hour away) the rest of the package covered paint repair if something happens to the paint job. This car only had 6000 miles I said what about the warranty and was told it didn’t have one except what was left on the truck which the window ticket said as is no warranty. So I said what’s the $6000 for it doesn’t cover any power train or anything? To which the sales guy said oh you only have what’s left of the warranty. So now that $28k truck was up to $32 which still didn’t add up to what we had been told. We were also told you have to take the platter package it’s not negotiable. At that point I felt very uncomfortable and thanked the guy for his time. This isn’t my first rodeo and have always bought fords from our local dealer the this Ford advertises these low prices to get you there and then it’s a totally different story! False advertising is the biggest thing and the fact they had one salesman and the finance guy and that was it….Buyers beware!
