They refused to submit my legitimate warranty claim to GMC, they then installed the driveshaft seal incorrectly causing it to fail again within a month. Shameful.

We bought a 2025 Optiq. Our sales experience with Jameson was great and his manager Keith was a “straight shooter”. No high pressure tactics which we appreciated. We recommend this dealership without reservation especially after two bad experiences with two other (not GMC) dealerships while we were shopping. And, we love our beautiful new car!

Please never shop at Brotherton Cadillac of Renton. They sold us a damaged 2024 Cadillac CT5. Underneath the front bumper was damage taped up with electrical tape to try and hide the damage. My wife took the Cadillac to the car wash and huge pieces of tape started hanging off the bottom of bumper. Spoke with ARUN VAIDYANATHAN GENERAL MANAGER asked him why it was not disclosed the car was damaged. He asked me why my wife and I didn't climb under car to inspect car. I told him we have bought several new cars and never had to climb under the car to inspect under for damage.. Expected the dealership to be more honorable and disclose they had damaged the car. After a long heated discussion he agreed to swap the car for a new one. Took four months to get new CT5 to the dealership. He told us to drive the one we had until the new one arrives and he would switch cars with us. He called to let me know car had arrived. He changed what he had promised and told me we would now have to trade car in on the new car not just switch it out. We made four payments on damaged car totaling $2,244.44. We lost all the money making these payments. PLEASE NEVER DEAL WITH ARUN FOR ANYTHING. HE WILL NOT TELL YOU THE TRUTH AND DO A TYPICAL BAIT AND SWITCH. HE GIVES CAR SALES PEOPLE A BAD NAME.

Recently bought my 1st Cadillac from here. I think it must have been the best car experience I've ever had. Drew Dussault was there from beginning to end and made it effortless and quick. He worked with his team to get me the car sooner than expected and showed me that I was important. Everyone there made me feel welcome and was considerate of my time. I will Definitely be telling everyone about the great experience!

A week ago I traded-in my vehicle for a newer one @ Brotherton Cadillac. Aman was our salesman and he did a fantastic job in helping us find a very good car. Purchased a new vehicle from Brotherton Buick GMC last week. Started the process on the phone with Drew Dussault, and continued over several weeks as we awaited the vehicle getting to the dealer. Drew is great to work with, professional, responsive to phone calls, and kept us posted to the extent possible. When the vehicle arrived, he let us know right away so we could get the planning and paperwork in place. Drew and the finance team made the whole process pleasant and seamless.
