Just finished my first 5k service and they were excellent. Mary was very helpful throughout. And they were done in 1/2 the time expected while I waited. This continues the overall service experience from my purchase (w Jill Otto as sales rep) to now.
Customer service at the front desk is very cold, lacking in human warmth. The service upon arrival and vehicle service were good.
