VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED WHEN WE RECENTLY TOOK IN ONE OUR SERVICE TRUCKS. I FEEL THE PROBLEM WAS CREATED BY THE TECH AS THE INVOICE CLEARLY SHOWS WHAT THE FINAL REPAIR WAS TO CORRECT THE ISSUE. NOT ALL THE PARTS THEY INSTALLED OR THE 3 WEEKS WE SPENT WAITING ON THE PARTS TO COME IN

My daughter and I were traveling on 81S when we ran over some type of sheet metal (unavoidable, covered the entire lane) which punctured the front driver side tire. We managed to make it to the exit and found Parsons. They were so kind and helpful. They took my truck right in to see if they could repair the tire, and when they could not, they were able to replace the tire. Since it was time for tire replacement anyway, we chose to replace all four. Al and his crew had us back on the road in just under two hours.

Great sales staff, clean showroom. Good deals on used vehicles, no pressure sales, would deal again.

I think this dealership gets overlooked because of its size and location but they are definitely worth a look. Great group of folks that are truly in it to help customers! Have bought plenty of vehicles from them and will continue to do so.

The customer service was awful. They tried to charge me the outrageous shop fee for something that was covered under my warranty. I will never be back.
