When my F350 radiator failed while towing a 5th wheel Toy Hauler in January 2026 with temperatures falling below zero at night and a three foot snowfall predicted over the next two days, Jeffrey and his service team immediately got us into the shop. The day was Friday and the service technician was willing to work after hours if necessary to get us on the road again. They were able to finish the job earlier than expected and we got back home a day before receiving 30 inches of snow.
