The beginning of the visit was a little frustrating due to a misunderstanding. But Kyle and his team was able to resolve the issue, and everything worked out in the end. Jonathan is extremely knowledgeable, intuitive, true to his word, and worked generously with management, including finance to fit my specific needs and budget without hassle as a single woman, going above and beyond. After a previous absolute nightmare experience buying from Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale, I swore I wouldn't set foot in another dealership. Manager Bob was simply great, so kind and caring and attentive. Finance manager Xavier is highly experienced, generous, a one of a kind gem, rare in the business, and also helped iron out an unexpected issue. I have not had that level of service anywhere before. I felt so much support, I was so thankful. Afterwards, management consistently followed up to make sure everything was going well. I highly recommend Jonathan and Earnhardt Hyundai if you are exploring, have questions, no pressures or hassles, simply old-world good values and phenomenal service.
