Great first experience from the moment I came in to the moment I left. Wait wasn’t too long from what I thought it would be.
Tyler Pesci, the sales consultant was very hospitable and approachable. Amount paid was what was exchanged via text.
A good dealership. I only go to Cochran’s when I need a new vehicle.
I really like the service but scheduling online for pickup and delivery was not easy. Also getting it touch with someone on-site at the dealership wasn't working for me either. If the scheduling was fixed it's a 5.
Courteous,,Quick ,efficient, transparent (through video) and communication. Always a pleasure working with them. A+
