They did find the vehicle I wanted and gave me a courtesy vehicle until they could pick up my car and drop it off at my home. I have to say it was a pleasant experience, which you don't find at very many dealers. Very friendly and trustworthy. The staff are very helpful and patient at Nissan Gerald Matteson! Lots of information and options available for easy viewing as well. I only wish that they had the terms and conditions more easily accessible for their Lifetime Warranty provisions.
