Just plain rude. Wouldn’t communicate any issues. Had an appointment at 230 for indpection, forced to wait an additional 15 minutes. They treated us as if we weren’t even there. If I could rate at zero stars. I would.
Far Exceeded My Expectations. I didn't feel pressured in the least. Excellent, Forthright and Professional Experience. Will definitely refer Corwin Ford to friends and family.
Julie fully meet all our expectations. She was friendly and knowledgable about the vehicles she was showing us with no pressure. We will be back to buy a car from her in the upcoming month.
I bought a used "program car" from these people. Nice car, low mileage, not much to be wrong. I asked if the vehicle had been wrecked, they said no. This is a "Certified" used car. After getting the car home and driving for about 2 weeks I hand washed it. I found a few small expected scratches and then when the sun was just right I could see where the paint had been blended on the left front fender and a deep scratch above the windshield and another on the rear deck on the right side. Looked as though something had fallen across the car. Then there was a small cut in the convertible top in line with these marks. The hole was only about 1/8" long like something sharp had poked through, but it was a hole. I took the car back to Corwin and they took some pictures and said no problem this falls under the warranty. They sent the pictures to FMC and of course they said it wasn't due to bad material or workmanship and wasn't their problem. I knew that but was willing to play Corwin's game. Then Corwin wanted to look at it again and the Shop Manager said yes it's a hole but it wasn't in it when we had it, so we're not responsible. You should just turn it in on your insurance. I contacted FMC and they said they would check on it with Corwin's. I get a letter back from FMC and they said they had checked and Corwin told them that it had happened after the vehicle had left there and there was nothing they could do. I feel that Corwin's should have at least honored their used car warranty and that "Ford Certified" means nothing. I live 7 miles from this dealership and this is the first car I ever bought here. I had tried to deal with them in the past and never could. I always ended up driving a few miles to go somewhere else. I have counted at least 16 Ford vehicles I have owned over the years and never was able to deal with Corwin. They had the car I wanted on the lot so that's where I went, BIG MISTAKE!!
