Refused to service my 2025 F150 Raptor because they wanted to unplug my dashcam. What are they trying to hide from me? This is the first and only time any service department has asked me to turn off my dashcam. Tammy said it was for technician privacy. And then I get a call from management standing their ground. Way too shady and completely ridiculous. This has been reported to Ford.

Jerry, the salesman was friendly and looked for ways to get me the best deal. I had an unusual thing happen, the same day I purchased my Ford Maverick, there was a recall so I had to wait a while to get my truck. Jerry kept me informed though- out the wait and found a way to save me even more money before the truck was delivered to me. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Cleburne Ford and it’s because they have great service!

Very courteous and knowledgeable sales people. They try to get the price as close as possible to what the customer wants.

I submitted a credit app online and it came back with acceptable terms on the vehicle I was interested in. I was contacted within the hour and asked if I would like to come have a look at it. I set an appointment. Within 45 minutes, the deal was complete and I was out the door counting the time looking the truck over. When a dealer values my time, they gain my loyalty. There was no haggling as I had accepted reasonable terms already. Cleburne Ford will have my business.

Simply the best customer service, compassion, integrity and professionalism. I will only buy and service my vehicles from them from now on if I can. I have dealt with their sales team, owner, and service teams and every interaction I have had was amazing. Their sales staff, managers and owner provide very fair pricing for trade-ins and do not pressure you at all. We were even prayed for at one point as we discussed some pressing issues going on in our family. Not only are they kind and good people, they TOTALLY take care of their customers. We had an issue with a Ford Maverick truck that required multiple investigations to find a solution for, and despite the b2b warranty expiring during the investigation, they kept at it until they finally found the solution. They could have bailed on me since they weren't making any money on the investigation/repair. They could have just said "sorry bro, we can't figure it out and it's not really a warranty issue anymore", but they didn't. They solved the issue and now it's my favorite vehicle I've ever owned, and they are my favorite dealership of all time! I feel like I was take care of as part of an extended family. My wife and I are taking them some home made bread this week as a thank you, and they will by the first place I go for anything and everything vehicle related from now on. May the Lord's grace and favor be upon them and their families. I appreciate them all so very much.

Walking in I was met with a welcoming and friendly greeting, a presence that felt like home. Not only did I leave satisfied but guaranteed my $ wasn’t to go to waste!
