What Others Say

I have been in contact with Deon at the dealership all week. We set up a drive drive 68 miles to test it. When we walked into the dealership he said they were sending the car to auction. There is NO excuse for not calling me. I will Never recommend them or ever shop there again! Totally unprofessional

This dealership will sell you a car with a bent frame for $20k and then refuse to take the car back and offer you a $44k car instead as a “solution” so they can tell the bank “you declined a solution” when they have the same make and model at a similar price. The bank, the dealership and lawyers don’t even want to help. This is CRAZY. Please avoid this dealership if you want a dependable car and an honest sale. Being told to work harder so I can almost triple the monthly payment is absolutely unacceptable. Beware of this shady dealership. They are friendly until you call them out on crooked business and fraud. Then they make a woman cry in front of a whole group of managers and no one even blinks an eye. They just keep pushing the over DOUBLE price car on you instead of the same make and model with a $6k difference! This deal has costed my company a whole month worth of income trying to fix and resolve along with NO reimbursement.

We drove all the way from New Mexico to buy a truck from Gilman and Cam our salesman it took a little while to get everything done but it was waiting on the bank the whole staff was very courteous and helpful I will definitely be doing business with them again

I had a really bad experience with gillman dodge. Please don't go to this dealer.Sales exclusive name Cris Jose. He is not at all presentable. Not trustworthy. He just trying to get customer in dealerahip by saying fake promises. And behave realy bad when we reach in the dealership.i think they are really bad in sales. 2023 model cars are still in lot.its better to give some training to staff how to behave and Deal with customer.

I went in on Monday, April 22, 2024 to finish up some paperwork that the finance manager messed up on. So when I got there, the finance manager by the name VP was suppose to meet me at 9:30 that morning. Well, when I got there, he wasn’t there. So then I went in to ask if another manager could help me? So the manager by the name Nick Coray came out and saw how frustrated I was, proceeded to ask me if he could help me? I explain to him that I was waiting on the finance guy to come in and finish up the paper from a deal we just did. So Nick went on to help me, and told me he would have me out in no time. He apologized for me having to wait. So Nick went and got my paperwork, so he could finish the deal. While Nick was getting the paperwork together, his colleague by the name of Gabriel Garcia came in and printed the paperwork out for me. With the two of them working together, I was out in no time. I really want to say THANK YOU to these two for their quick thinking, and team work. If you ever visit this dealership, be sure to ask for Nick Coray, and Gabriel Garcia. They provided me with excellent service.

I love Rams and Jeeps but don't buy from Gillman. The last two times that I have purchased a vehicle at Gillman, there have been problems. This last time, after negotiating a price after I got home and had a chance to look at the paperwork, I noticed that the price was $2,000 higher than we had agreed. I also noticed they did not include the paperwork for the wrap package we had paid for. None of the paperwork that we received included our monthly payment and years to pay. I went back and asked to remove the wrap package as the terms of coverage were not what we were led to believe were. They told me that they changed it and I left content. Unfortunately, I got a call to ask if I was content. I asked what the maintenance terms were and was informed that it was not what I was told when I left content with the terms. My relatives and I have been buying cars there since 2009 when Archer lost the dealership. I will no longer buy vehicles there nor recommend that anyone else does. I am considering going to either River Oaks Ram or Finnigan for any service rather than giving Gillman any of my business.
