The worst. Took my 2020 explorer to have a axle leak fixed and and the top mechanic tell me its not leaking when there was axle oil drenched on the felt bottom cover and dripping from actuator on front axle .I had to drive back to the dealer to show and argue with him where is was leaking.He finally agreed to fix it. After 2 days my vehicle was still outside nothing done .Girl at the service desk was rude and said this place is a xxxx hole. She was waiting on warranty to call back. So i called the my warranty company they said nobody called about anything on my vehicle. I just took my explorer and left.

I always go here due to coupons available to help with cost, although my friends are getting free oil changes in Lynchburg for being nurses (just saying) but the staff is fast and friendly

Was told service was warranty then after the work was finished was told it wasn't covered. wanted us to pay. Which I would not do to a customer if i made this mistake. Then when we pick vehicle up still not cool an is still not cooling.
