What Others Say

I want to start by saying how incredibly helpful and professional my sales advisor, Josh, was throughout the process. He was responsive, patient, and great to work with. Unfortunately, my overall experience was overshadowed by the sales manager, who misread the mileage on my vehicle and misquoted my trade-in value, then refused to honor the price even though it was their mistake, not mine. It created unnecessary frustration and wasted time. I expect a Land Rover dealership to be more knowledgeable and stand behind their pricing. If you go here, I recommend asking for Josh and getting all pricing in writing beforehand to avoid the same issue.

Jason was very professional and great to work with on the order of my Range Rover.

Bluff City is a refreshing environment where the staff is genuinely interested in your experience and satisfaction. I appreciate it very much and thank you

Lauren was great to work with. The only downside was that there was no negotiations and a small crack in the windshield was told after paperwork was signed.

Very Clean Dealership and pleasant people. There wasn't much negotiating and making one feel appreciated as a customer. No Thanks gift or recognition per say. Not a bad thing but the experience is very Transactional and not a uplifting experience. You get people to drop down six figures on a vehicle do a least one oil change as a follow up to see how the experience is going with the vehicle and possible get less returns of the vehicle if things are explained better etc. Also, give some form of swag to the customer to make them feel part of the name brand. Your dealership is clean beautiful vehicles but breather some life in your sales process and brand. I had all these experience and better features literally the year before at a competitor.

Excellent service, Excellent quality. This is my second vehicle from them and I am looking forward to the next purchasing experience
