Uninspiring purchase of a new Lexus 350 rx hybrid. Distracted sales person and long wait for a cash purchase. Did not provide the correct owners manual for the hybrid and after 6 months of trying every avenue and escalation, including Lexus USA, giving up. They don’t return calls or respond to email. For a company that prided itself on the customer experience I give them an F. The car is nice but probably will sell because I don’t trust the dealership for service.

We did not feel pressured or manipulated here as we have at other dealerships. We were greeted and introduced to Jimmy as our sale person. He was relatable, personable, and professional. Showed us the car fax on the Car we went to see and showed us the price breakdown, including tax and title. We hadn't planned on that and were short of the total purchase price. He suggested options to help us meet our goal and we came up with plan to drive it home today! I would definitely recommend Jimmy McDuffie for your next car purchase.
