Dishonest. Poor Customer Service, character & morals. Broken Promises & Prolonged Mechanical services for months. Then they project their own dishonesty & Failures on the customer, and do not take ownership of their own mistakes. The Sale, Commision, and $$ down is 1st! Customer 2nd! Once they recieve that down payment, I never heard another word from the salesman, or the promises to fix the wrong. On to the next victim, w/No conscious.

Took my truck in for underbody malfunction and I think the problem really wasn't diagnosed or recognized. I feel the problem will eventually persist. I understand an issue like this is hard to diagnose but to make it sound as if it's a normal issue makes me wonder and question the quality of Chevrolet.

Swindled by finance. added charges to my contract. All the finesse of an experienced pick-pocket.
