Car was detailed absolutely horrible was back in shop for a couple of days. They could care less we’ll never go back should have learned from the first two we got there. Car still looks average at best for being brand new

Went to this dealership as it is my local place that I've used before under a different name, and was ready to purchase. Salesperson tried to push me into buying a higher-priced model but when I was firm on purchasing the base-model she told me there were none available anywhere. Not in the area, not in Rochester, none anywhere in the region, that I should get the higher-priced model. Left disappointed and confused. Didn't know at the time about the "dealer inventory" pages available online. Found them the next day and there WERE models I wanted at THREE other dealerships in the area! This salesperson flat-out lied to me! Unbelievable. Will never go back. I understand wanting to make a sale but LYING to me is not how to do that. Sad because under the previous name, I had purchased two vehicles from that place!

This Michigan based business is all about taking your money and that's it. They dont want to help you, they just want your money.

Got tricked with $350 just to inspect my car! Watch out people not to get scammed!

Bought used Ridgeline. They gave me CarFax report printed out showing no accident or whatsoever. It turned out that the CarFax wasn’t reflecting the accident that they must have known that they (or whoever) repaired right before selling it to me. Dishonest stereotypical used car company. I wouldn’t think of buying a new car from them neither. You are warned.
