Everything was completed in 24 hours and I had to do it long distance - which could have made things more difficult - but it didn't. It seems to take some time to get an appointment if you want to wait for your car. Which is what I have to do because of the distance I am from the dealership. I wanted my car inspected and was the second person in the dealership in the morning. It seems to take a long time to have things done when waiting. I always ask to have my car wash. But most of the time there is always some excuse. This time they said it was washed but you could not tell that because it still was dirty. I have had other dealerships wash your car anytime you brought it in without any issues. Stuff is usually friendly.

All employees I came in contact were helpful and courteous. Work was completed correctly and on time.
