Let me start by saying thanks to Dan the service manager at Grieco Chevrolet in Lauderhill Florida. I have a 2018 3500 Cheverolet when applying the brakes, I would get a bad shake in my steering wheel and the brake was not the best the problem did not happen all the time, which made it hard to replace or repair Dan communicated and kept me in the loop while he spoke with engineers and others at Chevrolet to gain knowledge about the issue there was repairs made on the brakes and the steering thanks to Dan the service manager and his service team for all the effort they made to correct the problem I am back on the road and very happy with Grieco Cheverolet in Lauderhill Florida they went above and beyond to make things right and correct the problem for their customers. Wow that was amazing. I've never had this experience with any service Center of any dealership. Johnathan, I appreciate this thorough and complete point inspection and the new tire? Other places just pat h it up even if you have the coverage. I will be sharing this video with my friends who are looking to buy GM vehicles this year! Dope. I have to tell you that the tea/coffee station is perfect and modern just a clean look and the bathrooms was the same clean smelled fresh! Give the maintainence woman that was there on Monday a raise. She deserves it! I will be looking for a way to post the video so I can share how thorough they are.
