This dealership is very slow with paperwork. You have to make sure to fallow up with everything.

This the second Acura we purchased with the assistance of John McBryde. Everyone talks about the importance of being customer-focused, but John demonstrated a true interest of our needs with a purchase of new vehicle. He provided outstanding customer service by answering all our questions and demonstrating the features of the 2024 MDX. I firmly believe in loyalty to those that go the extra mile to ensure the customer needs and wants are satisfied. Mr. Mc Bryde possesses those qualities and has my loyalty when my wife and I decided to purchase a new vehicle.

I purchased a car in January from them. When I registered it I was told they over charged me on sales tax. I immediately contacted Joe Bullard and I got the run around for weeks after multiple phone calls and emails. I finally was making some traction with at least someone calling me back but thays when they basically told me it was too late and not their problem any more. I was very disappointed in their customer service and management team in how they have handled this situation and lack of respect I was given after being a loyal customer for some time. And we aren't talking about a few dollars, we are talking hundreds of dollars. They have officially stopped responding to me. I will never bring them my business or refer anyone to then again. I will make the trip to Destin from now on.

I purchased a 2023 Acura MDX. The salesperson, Ignacio Salas Polar, was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable of the many vehicles we discussed. He was very patient and kind to work with. I will certainly return and ask for Ignacio when I make my next vehicle purchase.

I drove 3 hours to buy my MDX from Joe Bullard Acura. I ordered my MDX in August and it was delivered by October. Collin was polite, patient and provided me weekly updates on the manufacturing and delivery of my MDX. After I was finished in financing, my MDX was personalized to my settings and ready to drive back to Louisiana. Clarence in financing made the paperwork seamless! He was extremely patient in answering my questions and finding me the best rates. I can’t write enough positive things about the team at Joe Bullard Acura. Highly recommend!
