Jason stepped up as my service advisor after a mis-handling of a tire order. He rectified the situation promptly and offered a service upgrade as compensation for the extra travel and time I incurred. Hats off to Jason and the service department for a great overall experience!

Amazing Experience thanks to Matt Watson! I started my journey at Hatchett Hyundai West because it was closest to my home. I walked in on a Saturday morning unannounced and was met by Mat who was very kind and patient and answered all my questions. Not knowing what I wanted for sure, I went to several other dealerships. Let me tell you that Matt Watson set the bar extremely high for how a salesman should treat their prospective customers! I ended up going back to Hatchett Hyundai West and buying a Santa Fe and had an absolutely wonderful buying experience, including the finance department with Eric. My title work came back in under three weeks, and everyone I met at that dealership was kind, courteous, and willing to help in anyway they could to make me feel welcomed and valued. After having a not so good first time car buying experience at a dealership and having to return the car, I was recommended this dealership by my friend. Every staff member we had interaction with was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure what so ever during the whole car buying process. They took the time to explain every little detail, and answer any questions we had. Our salesman was Tank, he went above and beyond our expectations. He fully detailed the car himself to make sure it was exactly what we wanted, and kept us updated through the whole process.
