We met Chloe in the service department and explained why we were there, she understood what we wanted and started the ball rolling. She kept us informed and answered all of our questions while we were waiting. I may not remember her name the next time I am there, but I will be looking for her to take care of my daughters' new car service needs. She was great! Russell Goodrum
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. I selected a car from their website, finalized the deal over the phone, and even sent my documents in advance. They asked me to visit the dealership to complete the transaction, which was a 1.5-hour drive from my home. While on my way, they confirmed that I was coming. However, when I arrived, they told me the car I had agreed to purchase was already sold. Instead, they tried to upsell me on other cars that were $10,000 more than the original price. This experience felt incredibly dishonest and disrespectful of my time. The staff was behaving like this is nothing and we are idiots. I asked them to show me the sales transaction that you have sold the car but they refused.
Pay attention to the prices they are charging you! Verbally verified the online price, but they tried to sneak in the MSRP on paperwork. We got that changed then they said there was an additional $2000 in dealer add-ons in addition to the online price that we couldn't opt out of - if something is not an option, then it is the price and should be included in quoted/online price. We were then questioned on why we didn't read the sticker price on the window. Why would I if David -their salesperson - just verbally told/verified the price with me? Then, they wanted to charge us more when we had our own financing. We asked what the interest rate was and was told that the salesperson couldn't discuss rates with us, so they sent in the sales manager, who said they couldn't discuss rates with us that it was only finance that could discuss rates - only to have a salesperson call us the next day and tell us the interest rates on the phone... I thought only finance could discuss rates? Schisters!
Amazing customer service!!! We pulled up to look at a vehicle on a rainy afternoon and Mr. Cullen Ferguson Walked outside to greet us with a smile on his face under the heavy rain. This gentleman took care of us and made the process of purchasing our vehicle so much easier than previous experiences we have had with all the dealerships. The staff is very customer friendly starting with the managers Ryan, Kevin, Jedidiah and back to the front desk…. Thank you Cullen for making us feel like family. You guys are awesome!

Customer service was Amazing. The sales representative (Boliver) was very patient and worked hard to get me the exact model and features I was looking for. I was impressed with the quality and performance of the new Nissan Frontier Pro-4x!
