I dealt with sales representatives Lea & Manny the vehicle was purchased on 4/21/26 and delivered 4/23/26. When the vehicle arrived I immediately noticed 23” of body damage. Prior to the sale I had asked specifically for all scratches, dings or damage via pics. At no time was the 23” of body damage disclosed. They listed the vehicle as accident free. I was told specifically there was no damage by a sales representative. Tom a sales manager said there would be no compensation for the mistake. I asked him if he had seen the pictures of body damage I had sent. He said no and that he had made the decision without looking at the pictures. The GM Heath Thomas said “He would not give me $1 for the damage.” He did offer to buy the vehicle back. The dealership had taken the vehicle in on a trade and was obviously aware of the damage but never disclosed the 23” of body damage to me.
They have treated me very well with all my needs better than any other dealer has
Bought a 2025 Jeep Gladiator on 10/08/2025. Explicitly declined all back end warranty and service products. Went to Edwards Nissan last week to purchase a new Sentra. Was told by finance person there was a aftermarket warranty on the Gladiator I had purchased from Edwards CDJR. Beware. Alex the finance person at Edwards CDJR will lie and bump your payment to attempt to sell you back end products. Look over everything you click on when he presents you with the tablet to sign final documents. If you do not want back end warranty or service products state it loudly and clearly when in his office on recording. Went back to cancel the warranty and Alex gave me another sales pitch in an attempt to get me to keep it. I am out $500 due to Alex's shady business practices. I should have bought at Sid Dillon in Lincoln where I purchased my last 3 jeep vehicles. As of this time, I will not do business with Edwards Auto, at any of their stores, ever again.
Bad extended warranty on vehicle when purchased supposed to be bumper to bumper my headlight went out on the driver side running light they had it half a day and tested it and said the bulb was bad two weeks later I'm driving my car at my bulb starts working put in a call for the manager of service to call me and he did not waste his time to call me I've not had any good deals with Edwards out of the last five times I dealt with them and I will not deal with them again I believe some of their mechanics need to be trained
I never had an issue with the service here. There amazing great customer service they always taken care of me
