Joe was very fast and smooth at making my experience buying a vehicle and - best I’ve ever dealt with with - very knowledgeable.
I tried to book service for my 23 kia Sorento but they wouldn't let me and hung up on me. I was forced to go to Matteson, IL and I live less than a mile away from this service center. Matteson Illinois is approximately 25 miles away. Before that, they booked me for a recall and I waited. When the day came I was told there was no recall. I am an Black American and they don't appreciate my business so I will drive the 25 miles for service. All these years and apparently the hatred still exists. I will not force my way into where I am not wanted.
Always get great service and suggested service. Great crew. Never been disappointed. Going on 3 years. Thank you and MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL.
Recalls on my vehicle and needed a oil change. Kia of Bradley prides itself on platinum service but they were unwilling to help. I called two weeks in advance of my vacation needing service. Kia not able to help unless I left car overnight and Kia not willing to provide a loaner vehicle and would not give me a timeline. Disappointed that I bought a vehicle from a dealership not willing to take care of its customers.
I have taken my car in to Kia for service five times. I’ve only owned it for six months now and they still refuse to fix my USB port telling me that my USB port and my 12 V work when they do not I highly do not recommend Kia of Bradley.
If I could give this zero stars I would. The amount of lies this dealership runs on is ridiculous. They sold me a 22’ K5 they told me was brand new multiple times, besides being used as a demo. Demo, meaning a manager drove this car back and forth to work. Came to find out after purchasing there was an owner before it was a demo. After previously working in a dealership, I will never personally buy a used car. If I would have known this was used I WOULD NOT have purchased the vehicle. I also had a list of issues that should’ve been fixed during a UCI (Used Car Inspection), but weren’t. THEY DID NO INSPECTION ON THIS VEHICLE! Only sent it to detail to have it cleaned up, who did an awful job. After calling and complaining and arguing multiple times, they fixed said issues on car. ( Keep in mind after 4 months I traded this K5 in at another dealer because of how troublesome it was). The salesman here also have no knowledge as to what they are selling, a GT-Line does not have a dual exhaust, and ambient lighting unless installed aftermarket (which still was not in this vehicle), thus what they were promoting when selling the car to me. Lastly, I used to work for the Mercedes/Mazda dealership on William Latham, and multiple dealerships in Bourbonnais REFUSE to work with this dealership because of how poorly ran this dealership is. Please save your time and save yourself and RUN from this dealership. Take the extra time and drive to Orland Park!
