Roger went above and beyond to help us get into our dream car! He went as far as to meet us at his own home to exchange cars so we wouldn't have to travel as far. Roger is the most honest sales men I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with.
They sell junk for cars, bottom of the auction barrel and then swindle you to buy before it passes inspection. Then it can take weeks for them to fix it and if you question them they swear at you and threaten you. Stay away!!!
These xxxx of the earth people ripped me off. Bought an SUV in June from them to find out the heater core was removed from the car. The shop i brought the car to be fixed said the car was purposely manipulated (new hoses) to appear that recent work was done. $1,000.00 later i have heat in my car. These people are the xxxx of the earth, do not go here. Tried many times to get in touch with owner (roger) refused to take my phone calls, was told he was in Puerto Rico, xxxx xxxx xxxx. Stay AWAY
I purchased a car and was told it needed 2 tires. It actually needed 4 when I brought it to the tire store. The repair man showed me why and it was true. Then after driving it to Pittsburgh which is about 11 hours, the muffler fell off in about 9 hours before I reached my destination. I called to complain to ROGER at Emerald Auto Sales and he advised me that my husband maybe should have thought about spending more money on a car....What kind of answer is that. He also said to me you are ranting and raving about me reimbursing you for the muffler, which never came out of my mouth and I advised him of this. He then said then why are you even calling me to tell me this. We had the car aproxmiately 2 weeks and are now spending over $1000.00 on it. I find that very unacceptable, when I started to say if he was in Ma and the lemon law..he cut me off and said well I am not in Mass...I couldnt take it anymore..He is so rude and an awful business person. Please don't ever buy an auto from these people..Go to the many zillion other places PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i bought a truck from them.. really wish i didn't.. they made all kinds of promises. and told me to bring my truck back in a week and they will check it over.. I took my truck back and . was ignored by everyone there. Called them and they said bring it in.. I did. and once again i was ignored. the truck came with an inspection sticker. which i'm sure they bought and never had the truck looked at. I made the mistake of singing on the dotted line before reading what it's gonna cost me.. be paying 23,000 on a 8'000 dollar truck.. maybe i'll get lucky and some one will hit me.. lol.. i have insurance.. Yes i tell people where i bought it.. and tell them " don't go there"
I went to this dealership to look at a car that I had called on. When I walked in the door I stood there for a few minutes while the owner and salesman fought with their mechanic (using every curse I know). I finally got to go look at the car. I really liked the car but had to walk away because they were trying to up the price on the car. They wanted $200 more than the ad said on their website. Their reason for this was because they were putting a bunch of money in it. They said if I didn't take the car they would relist the car at $1,700 more than the listing I saw. I decided to walk away and saw the car reposted the next day for the same price I originally saw it at. I definitely feel like they were trying to pull a fast one and would never recommend anyone do business with them!!!
