Usual slimy bait and switch tactics! Saw a truck with a drive it now featured price on their website today. Went to check it out and was told by the salesman that he can’t do that price and that it didn’t matter what the website says, he won’t and can’t honor that. I informed him that it is illegal to do that and he informed me that’s just how they do it and to his knowledge none of their people have ever gotten in trouble for it. He did not care and even admitted it’s bait and switch! Slimy and despicable business tactics! But, that’s west Texas car dealers for you!!

Después de haberles comprado 5 vehículos y referido a dos más, me retracto de seguir recomendando a All American Chevrolet, ya que al tratar con Flor Ordoñez se volvió una mentira tras otra y se aprovechan de la situación para engañar a los clientes y subir los precios. Al principio ofrecen algo que no tienen para después ofrecerles algo más caro. Todavía podemos encontrar buenas ofertas en Dallas y San Antonio. After buying 5 vehicles and recommending a couple more, I will back off from buying at All American Chevrolet dealer in Odessa after dealing with Flor Ordoñez, since they’re taking advantage of the situation by lying to the customers and increasing the prices. At the beginning, they offer what they don’t have for later try to sell you something at a higher price. There’s still other places like Dallas and San Antonio where we can find better deals.
