Hoffman Audi in East Hartford is exceptional. The service attendance at Hoffman Audi is the best service I've ever received in any other auto company. I love my Audi and I appreciate the the technicians and service representatives.
Robert was very helpful. Just moved from NJ with a 2005 A4 Cabriolet which at this age getting hard to find service techs with convertible top expertise. The top was inop but under Robert’s direction the issue was identified and fixed within a day. Couldn’t he happier with Hoffman and Robert.
