What Others Say

Excellent service and they do the required work quickly! Victor Avalos, service advisor and Keith, technician are a pleasure to deal with. Work on my car was finished and took relatively little time. Been taking my cars their for years and will obviously continue to do so.

I have written reviews before about how exceptional my experiences with Eric Tran, the manager have been. Once again, he goes above and beyond what you hope customer service will be. He arranged for me to have my car taken care of the day after he was back from vacation and Greg in the service department had the issue resolved in 5 minutes! This is my second Jaguar with this dealership and am sorry the other 2 weren't Even if I wasn't sure about getting another, I would, just to have the service Eric and his team provides. Getting a car is the fun part, every one wants to sell you one but when there are problems, it's the dealership management that matters most because a bad one will definitely have you looking somewhere else for your next car. I hope the owner sees this! A million thanks to ERIC AND GREG!!!!

Jaguar service = Awful! Just plain 'ol awful. I will NEVER go back there for ANYTHING! They need to go out of business. Too bad I can't give a negative star rating.

Terrible service Brought car in for warranty service Told not under warranty anymore 2016 bought 4/28/2016 Warranty 60 months or 50k miles Has only 36k miles Called original dealer to verify purchase date Told 340 for oil change Told it would take 1 hour Took all day and still waiting 530 waste of a whole day Was give courtesy rent a car Took at least 1 hour to procure and return Disappointed Df

Horror show. Spent two weeks trying to purchase a car online. Cash buyer, did not even negotiate price. Just called and asked to buy the car. This would have been my 3rd Jaguar. Previous dealers were easy and pleasant to work with. Calls, voice mails and emails repeatedly not returned or returned slowly. Simple questions not answered or answered inaccurately. Contract paperwork did not match emails and discussions. Had to pull the pin and walk away after 15 days of delays. Felt like I was begging them to sell me a car.

When you lease $120,000 car you'd expect the return to be pleasant and have someone help you to lease a new car. I was received by Monica Elliott, Sales Administration, who called herself the Lease Manager, and she tells me, I can only return my F-Type R here if I leased it with them. I thought that sounded odd so I decided to look it up online and I found on Jaguars website that I can return it at any dealership period. I shared my discovery with her and then she changed her story. She now responded, yes but our lot if full so we can't take it. This is the Brand New Thousand Oaks Jaguar Location, they have a huge lot and trust me they had at least 40 empty spots... So I turn around pointing at the lot and I say really, no space. Then she reverted back to the previous excuse. At that point, I started raising my voice a little as I don't understand that they didn't even ask me to get another car with them... Obviously, I was going to get another Jaguar but definitely not from them. Conclusion, don't go there.
