Overall good experience with Seguin Chevrolet. Everyone I worked with directly was great. The only item would be the "make ready". I purchased a "courtesy transportation" vehicle. After getting home notices some areas inside the truck that could have had some extra time cleaning. I spend about an hour touching up with some interior car cleaner.
Seguin Chevrolet was welcoming, and made the whole buying process smooth and easy. They made sure to explain everything, and answer any questions I had.
Always someone nice to deal with. Sales team will do what it takes to make it happen. Even if you don't buy one ! Service people do everything they can to keep your car in going ! Sometimes we have to remember it's not their fault they can't get the parts ! So remember that !

Courteous, Professional, and knowledgeable and quick.He greeted me when I entered and was efficient and quick handling my paperwork.
The dealership was all about my needs and not about theirs which was a first for me. Manny my sales consultant was not pushy for a sale nor trying to get me into something I did not feel comfortable in. He understood the assignment that day, and I was very happy at the end with my purchase. I was in and out before lunch with my new truck, that never happens, you usually all day at the dealership. Thank you so much. I definitely will be back in the future.
