He listened to carefully to my questions and set me up with a test drive in vehicle that, with the exception of color, was exactly what I was looking for. After a month or so of my decision making process he was still willing to help me find the exact car that I wanted. Mr Sell was equally accommodating in making me feel like a special guest to his dealership and making me feel like I had a new friend. They continue to make sure that any questions I have about how to navigate the tech or operate the vehicle, get answered quickly and appropriately. Our 2021 Yukon transmission died in Willmar, en route to Duluth then Dearborn Michigan. We were towing a 100-year old car to the Old Car Festival. Kent K worked with us to trade in the repaired Yukon for a new one. It was a particularly stressful time for several reasons and the dealership made everything easy. They gave us a very fair trade in and a nice price on the new car. No pressure for extras. They arranged the loaner car transport back to Willmar, and worked close with that dealership to take the burden off us. Minnesota nice is real.
