Convenient location for me and vehicle is often ready for pick up as stated. Dealership is clean.
Great customer service. We dealt with Nico he was great. Also David Fernandez was great.
Everyone was very nice and attentive when I arrived but was not kept informed when it took longer than originally told. I was told that it would be an hour for my oil change and it took over 2 hours. Again I would like to repeat that everyone was very nice.
The dealership was accommodating with a service appointment for my front brakes on 8/16/25. Not only has my tire pressure light been on for 2+ weeks, but the brakes are grinding since the brake job. Now I need to schedule another appointment with Firestone to have my tires and alignment checked, as well as the front brakes that I just spent $688 for. Not a happy customer.
Team was very friendly, approachable, listened to my requests and helped to sort out things I wanted for the car
