I would never take any of my cars here. Charged 1,700 for a new battery and they gave me a used one from 2023. 1,700 total 400 battery 300 diagnostic and 1000 to test the battery. My car broke down again with the same problem not even a month later. The service manager refused to talk to me, apologize or offer a refund.

I used Cars.com to send a message to this dealership asking for additional information on their financing options. I didn't hear back so I had to call and let them know I was very interested in a truck. After mentioning to the salesmen that I would even put a deposit to hold the truck, I was promised a call back as the sales person was going to "put his hands" on the vehicle. I didn't receive a call back. I received an email the following afternoon informing me that the truck was sold. The communication was not very well executed considering this was my first time using the site to try and purchase a vehicle.

Everything was so smooth. Charles the manager was incredible start to finish. Finance was smooth and the title department went out of their way to help me register in my home state since I am active duty military. So very satisfied. Thank you again.
