A total waste of my time. When given my budget, they never stayed with In it. Mr. Patel was not knowledgeable at all and in fact I found him insulting. He honestly didn't know what he was doing or talking about. I can with the intent to buy and walked out incredibly disappointed. By the end of the night, I went to another dealership who was more knowledgeable and went home with a new car from someone else. Mr. Patel is a detriment to the dealership.

This was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a new car. They made me feel like I was a VIP. I wanted a certain color and they got in in with two days. I also got a great deal on my trade-in.

My overall review for the type of service I received yesterday, Feb, 14th 2012 would have to be faily perfect! I went to the dealership with the knowledge of what I wanted and had a great offer/coupon with me that was mailed to me since I already was a Chevy owner. (which I purchased 2 yrs ago from this dealership as well) Tommie came right to me outside and I explained what my needs were and he took me inside and explained how he was going to start the process regarding my trade-in and what the price of the new vehicle was going to be. I told him that I was pressed for time as I had only a certain amount of time to do business as I had to retrieve my daughter from school. Well, he was more than helpful regarding that fact, and within less than an hour I had my trade-in, new vehicle, and credit app all done and approved! I could have taken the car soon after that but I didnt' want to cut it too close so he told me go and take care of what I had to and the car will be ready and cleaned up. I got back as soon as possible (within one hour I think) as I promised and the car was not only cleaned and ready, but it had a full tank of gas!!! I was very pleased, and it told me that he listened to what I was telling him about the other car (my trade-in) experience was not as good and was very unhappy how the car was presented to me with no gas, not cleaned up and deflated tires, and how LONG it all took to purchase the car. This was NOT the case at all this time. I even mentioned to him that I was pleased how quickly my credit app went thru and how I was accepted to purchase the car I picked. My time with Tony at Finance was pretty fast as well, and I was soon in my new Chevy Impala '12. Tommie even transfered my old plates onto my new vehicle. So as previously stated, I was super pleased with the overall experience at Muller Chevy, and pleased how friendly, nice, and super fast with why I had come there in the first place, to purchase a new car. I have even told a friend of mine to go there and ask for him personally as she is looking into getting a new car. I would not hesitate to purchase a THIRD car from Muller in the future. Very pleased how much things have changed in the past 2 years from a not so good experience to a very happy and successful experience. You have a Chevy customer for a long time...especially from Muller Chevy. Im not exactly how long Tommie has been a sales consultant at Muller, but he should be praised by his boss for having excellent sales ettiquette and personality and knowledge of the product, without sounding like a "sales person" just out for a quick sale and commission. He did not treat me like that at all and was super happy with him and the outcome of my new vehicle. Again, thank you to Tommie Jones and Muller Chevy. I'm super happy with my Impala LS, I was out to downgrade from my Malibu LTZ, but I think I did better overall...my car is super pretty in RED and just what I was looking for. Great car! i came to muller chevy with an interest in a used truck. from the second i walked through the door they didn't pressure me into anything at all.they saw i had a serious desperation to get out of my old truck that had over 122K miles and no warranty. tommie greeted me and saw my problem and with him and tony in financing they worked harder then anyone to fix this problem.i saw a truck that i fell in love with from the second i went there.i thought that my credit stunk but as it turned out they said YOUR APPROVED! zero down and gave me a awesome amount for my trade.they even let me drive the truck i bought for about 2 days to see if i was comfortable in it.before doing a single thing. long story short i LOVE my new 2010 Chevrolet Silverado, as well as the service and quality of the products they had. TOMMIE and TONY THANK YOU 1000 times over i love the truck and i love the services you both provided to me in a time of need. i will buy many more vehicals from u guys and this dealer only.THANK YOU NOTHING BUT LOVE!look forward to doing more business with you in the future.

very great to deal with.no pressure.good price.got my vehicle from another deal very fast.they called my insurance comp.took care of finance.reg. and plates.very little paper work to fill out.i did not have to do much of anything but, to pick up vehicle

Mr. Jones is by far the best salesman I ever dealt with.He is honest,a man of his word,and truly makes the buying process a no hassle affair.
