I found the salesman knowable about all the vehicles I was interested in. He was not pushy and easy to work with. Same for the manager.

Everyone is so helpful and professional. From shuttle drivers to services to sales. Bronson always keeps things moving and provides appropriate updates. This week I was able to work with Jennifer and she, too provided updates and kept things moving, Shuttle experience was excellent as always. Excellent customer service!

Found myself in South Portland with a dead battery, after getting it jumped I found I still needed to replace a fuse. My friend and myself could not get the old fuse out. We went to three different auto parts stores and auto repair shops and no one was able to help us with this simple task. Until I called Kia of Saco. They got back to me very quickly and helped me right away to get the fuse out of my car. Shout out to Ken who pulled the fuse and helped us put the new one in. It was a simple task but we were completely helpless until we found this dealership. Big thanks to them and definitely recommend them for their fabulous customer service, timely responses, and friendly faces.
