John in the service center is the nicest guy. Plus he’s honest with timing and quotes. There are never any bait and switches (like what happens at a lot of service center). And, most importantly, never once brought my car in for service and had to take it back for the same thing again (other than regularly scheduled service) Crown Acura is the best!

Great sales team. The entire process from start to finish was smooth. Not like pulling teeth or watching molasses pour when it came to dealing with our salesman. The stock photo that influenced the sale was wrong, but our guy and his manager were very nice to make amends by deducting the cost of the missing item from the sale price. Pretty standup dealership. They will get my business if I am ever in the market again for an Acura vs a Jeep next time. 😀
