Honestly, the only reason why I keep coming back to this service center is because of service advisor Karibe! He is one of the only advisors that go above and beyond, makes sure the job gets done right, also the only one I trust. He deserves to be recognized as the best employee here because truly he is, speaking from experience. 5 stars ONLY because of him. Thank you for all you do and putting up with my car problems and I know I can be a pain in the xxx about my jeep. Our sales agent Pedro was very helpful in getting us the best price on the truck and made the process very simple and easy. Our financial adviser Walter was very clear explaining what we were signing and customized our extended warranty to fit our needs. There was a couple issues that the service manager Nick took care of and even had the truck detailed for me when he didn’t have to. Overall the dealership was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly even the janitor even said morning to me and that says a lot about the upper management.
