What Others Say

I arrived at the service department and my vehicle was immediately serviced. My check engine light was on and Katrina Chisholm advised me that the auxiliary battery was weak. I plan to get quotes for my batteries. Overall the service was extraordinary. I have purchased and serviced all of my vehicles from Chuck Hutton for 41 years.

I usually have a great review but not this time. First, Chevrolet knew they had an oil leak problem with the Z06 engine. It is on all the forums. They did not notify owners like me. There is service bulletin 23-NA-020. Fortunately the technician found it and unfortunately sent me a movie AFTER I had left the dealership with the car and did not tell my service person. I had to call back to the dealership once I saw the video and they apologized and asked me to bring it back in. I left the car and had to make multiple calls to find out what they had found. My calls went to voice mail and late Friday afternoon I received a text saying they were pulling the engine on Monday. Nothing else. I had to text the General Manager who called me and 10 minutes later I received a call from the manager in service who explained that the leak was the one described in the service bulletin. It would be 10 days - 2 weeks before they had parts and time to fix. I had to ask if I could come and pick the car up (this was late Friday) and they said sure. Had I not made all the texts and calls it would be sitting there for the next 10 days. I paid $180,000 for this car and GMotors and Chuck Hutton should be ashamed. If you are going to try to convince people this car should be in the same conversation as Porsche, Lamborghini Ferrari then you need to do a lot better. Very, Very disappointing.

They were timely, efficient, knowledgeable, and demonstrated good customer service! Thanks for providing great overall service.
