Cesar Vaca-Hurtado was excellent about taking care of my service car, very professional. I have always found it easy to work with him.

The experience overall was efficient and easy. Parker, our salesman, was personable and easy to work with and not pushy. The car I bought was about one year old and was not cleaned as well as I thought it should have been. There were papers in the glove compartment from the man who leased the car before I bought it. The floor was not vacuumed under the mats. The trunk mat was dirty. The car was clean on the outside. The man who finalized the deal/price (don’t remember his name) did not communicate well and made it confusing until we asked multiple questions. Overall, I’d buy a car there again. And, I like my car.
