I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP SPECIALLY IF CHRIS SHEETS IS THERE. I PURCHASED A CAR FROM THERE BROUGHT IT BACK WITH COUNTLESS REPAIR ISSUES, THEN MY CAR BLEW UP AND HAD TO BE TOWED BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP. TOOK THEM OVER 3 MONTHS TO FIX IT AND THEN WANTS TO CHARGE MORE FOR MORE PARTS, SAYING IT ISN'T UNDER WARRANTY. MY SALES PERSON WAS GREAT BUT HAS NOW SAYING NOTHING HE CAN DO. BUT THE MANAGER OF THE DEALERSHIP AFTER I HAD TO KEEP BRINGING MY VECHICLE BACK SEVERALY TIMES RUDE HATEFUL AND REFUSED TO TAKE CARE OF MY ISSUES UNTIL IT BLEW UP. THEY WILL NEVER GET MY SERVICE AGAIN. I WILL NEVER TRADE OR GIVE THEM A GOOD WORD. I HAVE DEALT WITH DEALERSHIPS AND THIS IS THE WORSE ONE BY FAR. I HOPE THE OWNER NOTICES THESE COMPLAINTS AND HAS THESE ISSUES TAKEN CARE OFF.

My wife and I recently traded in two vehicles to Warrensburg Ford. I had an older truck, and she had a newer Fusion. We both work at the same place now, so we didn't want to have one vehicle just sitting around. We found an amazing Ford Super Duty that had low miles and was very reasonably priced. Warrensburg Ford will never get mine or my families service again. They are careless and will try and low ball you anytime they get. They have put a bad taste in my mouth and I will pass my experience on to others. The kind gentleman that over looked my car was very helpful, kind and talkative but Chris Sheets is the reason I will never be back.

We have always had good service at Warrensburg (MO) Ford. The shop folks are courteous and timely with their work. They look out for your vehicle if it needs anything else.
