What Others Say

Nick Owen in the used dealership was amazing, got me in quick and found a car i took a liking to within the first 4 turns! Had a little trouble where the car was missed during inspections but he worked with me to get it done the first chance and was a friendly guy. The car had no issues other than the inspection and ran amazing

There were 2018 tires on my 2020 Jeep. I bought my jeep brand new. When trying to discuss this with desk and sales team I ended up being hung up in 4 different times by "accident". I was told to speak w management or service. When speaking with management, zero was on them. Not how their sales force treated me or how the phone system was ridiculous and caused my horrible experience. They then said it's perfectly acceptable to have old tires on a new car. They sell cars as they receive them and if the car sits on the lot and the manufacturer puts on year old tires, they are still selling new/ unused tires. My tires started rotting before 30,000 miles. So they said it was my job to check tire dates on my new car, not theirs. They took zero responsibility for my 6 year old tires on my 4 yr old car. Buyer beware of this dealership. Management is horrible and they talk crap about their own service department not doing their job to their customers. Who does that?

Sales experience great. Desk/admin personnel great. Actual service and repair horrible. Check engine light/alarm came on in our 17 month old low mileage Hyundai Santa Fe XRT. Also received check engine warning alerts in BlueLink. Took in but they couldn’t find anything so reset alerts and said let them know if happened again. Short time later same thing. Took in and this time said oxygen sensor was bad. Kept vehicle a week and replaced sensor. Short time later same thing. Took in and this time said catalytic converter was bad. Disabled alarm/warning light and said keep driving and they would contact us and let us know about repair status and when to bring back in. A week later no word and warning lights back on.

Truly the best dealership we've ever worked with. Michael Crawford is a wonderful and dedicated salesman that puts his customers first. The service department has always taken care of us as quickly and efficiently as possible. Their lifetime front to back warranty on all of their vehicles is such a great thing as well. We will never use anyone else.

From the greeting, listening to my needs, and reviewing what service was done, the entire experience was good

Rich was professional and went the extra mile to help me out with a recall and a computer reset on my truck
