HAD A BRAKE PROBLEM ON LINCOLN .HAVE HAD ISSUES IN PAST WITH SERVICE MANAGEMENT. BUT NEW SERVICE MANAGER JENNIFER WHARRAM IS DOING THE JOB RIGHT AS HER SUPERIORS WOULD WANT HER TO DO.AND FULLY RECEPTIVE TO OUR NEEDS..SHE PUT US IN A NEW LINCOLN LIKE OURS AND ORDERED PARTS. JENNIFER WILL DO WHAT IT TAKES TO ACCOMADATE.AS SHE HELPED US LATER ON A FOLLOW UP DURING THE CORONA LIMITED SERVICE TIME...
I walked in there so stressed out from auto theft but I walked out of Randy Wise so relieved that everything‘s gonna be OK. I had a Hyundai ELANTRA for four years and it was stolen from me.
