I am being charged for things I was never told about ! and 600.00 oil change after blown engine?no work accomplished rebuild fees and diagnostic over 2,000 never advised of fees if something went wrong promised loaner 1-2 days no call no car . They have my keys and haven’t approved my a tow truck said they’d call but nothing today . Closed at 6.:00 :

I had an issue with the service department, which was very quickly resolved. the dearship was great in meeting my needs and responded to me ain a timely manner and any issues were resolved. i would highly recommend this dealership

Best dealership experience ever....and I've had dozens! I've purchased and leased new and used vehicles for my family from dealerships in Dutchess County, NY and out of state (NJ and CT). I've had Mercedes Benz, Land Rover, Porsche, Ford and VW. Without a doubt, BMW of the Hudson Valley is superior. They offer the best customer service and competitive, fair prices. For them, it's not just about making a buck. General Manager, Anu Singh, is a star. It's no wonder she moved up the ranks from salesperson to finance manager to her current role as GM. She is honest and treats people right - both her customers and her colleagues and employees. In addition to working with Anu when she was in sales, I've also had the pleasure to work with two other salespeople; Michael Bueti and John Robertson. John will never pressure you into purchasing or leasing a vehicle. He helps you find what is right for you. And once you do, he does everything he can to offer you a good deal. Their finance department is easy to work with. They clearly present the optional warranty and add on packages and their applicable prices. They let you decide what, if anything, you want. I've referred family and friends to them, and they've all had similarly positive experiences. BMW of HV has always gone above and beyond. This has included picking up our vehicles for service and dropping off loaners to our home. In terms of sales and service it almost always comes down to the people. BMW of the Hudson Valley employ some of the best.

Do not trust this dealership. Recently brought a New BMW i4 from this dealership. We agreed on the monthly payment, and when I was signing the paperwork work I even asked the business manager Laci Harkins to confirm that my monthly payment was what we had agreed on, and she confirmed it was. A few days later the lease shows up on my bmw financial account and I notice the monthly payment was about $10 more per month than we agreed to. This makes no sense because I did not purchase any extra services or products and I have Ecellent credit. I have Called, texted and left a voicemail for laci in regard to this issue and have not received any communication back from her, I also emailed the general manager Anu Singh explaining the situation and also have not heard anything back from her. When you're buying a car from this dealership they will roll out the red carpet and be very attentive to your calls and needs to get your business. But once they've earned your business they will forget about you and ignore your concerns.
