I went to buy a used 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander SE. The sale representative said it is a good car ready to go and inspected by the dealer mechanic. When I wanted to test drive the car, First the car did not start, and that is why I saw the car running before even I arrived to the dealer, so the Battery is dead or the Alternator is not working. Second the ASC system service required sign turned on. Third; when I turned the AC on, the compressor was going on and off. So I was totally disappointed and just got out of the car because I already wasted time jumping the car at the beginning. The problem is they are Mitsubishi Dealer. I personally will never trust them anymore.
My wife needed a vehicle but she had a terrible score and she really needed to find a way to boost her credit. We came to Glenview Mitsubishi because their new 2017 models have superior gas mileage up to 40MPG! she fell in love with the car, but was so worried about having extremely high payments. the Sales Rep was extremely helpful and understanding of the situation. when brought the numbers my wife was surprised that she could get such a low payment for her current score and having nothing to put down. She was extremely happy that she could afford a new vehicle and actually have that NEW car smell after so many years of bad luck. Thank you Glenview Mitsubishi you guys are the best!!
I found David Feldman and the whole team at Glenview Mitsubishi were great to deal with. Both arriving at a price for the Kia and the trade in for my Honda were done fairly without a lot of running back and forth for back office huddles. The finance manager, Rafal, did a good job getting all the forms produced and explained them to me patiently. The car sales industry really does need to streamline this paper mess. As part of the final price they promised me a 2d smart key for my Kia. This was performed AFTER I took delivery and this was done at my location at my convenience. Too often these after contract deliveries drag on and on. This did not happen. They kept their promise.
High marks for David Feldman, he was excellent on guide us ( my wife and I) through the process of buying our new Outlander Sports. We will recommend this site to every body!
I would highly recommend visiting this store if one seeks to purchase a car. I just recently graduated college and was looking for a sporty car that was good on gas. Not knowing what make or model they were very helpful to fill in the blanks. Talking to David Feldman, a sales representative there, prior to visiting he was able to point out a few cars they had on the lot. He was quite helpful in finding the car I was looking for and at a reasonable price, being a recent college graduate and all. Even if you do not see the exact car you are looking for they are more than willing to help you through the process of finding the car you would like. They will work with other dealers around the area to make sure you are able to get the car you would like.
never ever ever go to this dealership/ they don't honor their contracts and will find any reason not to honor your warranty on your vehicle!!! they scam on the prices. sold me a car from Suzuki and told me id be able to come in and trade it in aftr 6months. I came in 6months later and they told me I couldn't trade because Suzuki went bankrupt!!!! one of their biggest clients and Robert kreiman claims he knew nothing about this! Now my car is at the dealership and they refuse to honor my 10yr/or100k warranty for my engine because I didn't get my oil changes with them directly! complete scam artists!!
